Technical Support Specialist

Philippines-based | Full-time and Remote

What you’ll do:

  • HubSpot Automation & Integration: Connect HubSpot with other systems to streamline marketing, sales, and operational data.

  • Microsoft 365 Management: Manage the Microsoft 365 tenancy, including maintenance and the management of email accounts.

  • SharePoint Management: Manage SharePoint permissions including handling change requests and implementing permission changes for the Home Office & the network. Maintaining and improving SharePoint sites and the internal Document Management System. 

  • End-to-End Development: Design, enhance, and support internal applications to boost operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

  • API Development & Management: Develop, manage, and troubleshoot APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange between platforms.

  • Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, improve system performance, and enhance overall tech functionality. Plus, assist with IT projects and implement system improvements to enhance functionality and support organisational needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business to ensure technology aligns with operational needs and business goals.

  • IT Support: Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues faced by employees, including hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

What you’ll bring to the table: 

Ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and on top of this the below is expected: 

  • Prior experience integrating HubSpot.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system architecture.

  • Experience in automation, workflow optimisation, and cloud-based development.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and support team members
