  • No prior experience needed, training and support will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Help staff with basic IT issues like email access, password resets, and software or network problems.

  • Manage user accounts and settings to keep things running smoothly.

  • Help maintain and update company SharePoint sites, manage permissions, and support our internal document system.

  • Learn how to connect HubSpot with other systems to keep data organised and up to date.

  • Support the setup, updates, and monitoring of internal systems and tools.

  • Spot small issues and work with the team to find solutions and improve how things work.

  • Collaborate with different teams to make sure everyone’s tech tools are working the way they should.
